Warranty Policy

Eparts5g wants you to be happy with your purchase and is pleased to provide you with 13 monthes Warranty on all our repair parts  (excluding consumables), provided there is no physical damage. (examples: damaged LCD, torn flex cables, super glue, adhesives etc. Excluding items man-made sabotage and / or misused after receipt). If you meet any problem please contact us as soon as possible. Defective items  need to be reported us within the warranty period. Items with original labels marked by us can not be removed.


Return Policy

Returns/Exchanges shall be processed in a timely manner to better serve our customers needs. Please allow for about 7 business days for processing from the date of delivery.
Arrangements for a return (merchandise not needed) must be made within 13 monthes of the original receipt date (this is when the package arrives in your hands, not when you place the order).
Only parts in new, unused condition may be returned to Eparts5g for a replace a new one (Excluding items man-made sabotage and / or misused after receipt). Make sure to inspect your repair parts carefully upon receipt(Better in 7 days). Before sending anything back you must contact Support@eparts5g.com. Or contact with the sales who you placed order. We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy. Eparts5g is not responsible for parts returned without an authorization number/form. Any part returned to Eparts5g without the proper authorization and paperwork may take additional time to process the return. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If in doubt, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you get it taken care of.
Return postage is firmly the responsibility of the sender and Eparts5g. Any packages sent back to Eparts5g via Return to Sender method will be charged the additional shipping cost in the amount of $29.63- $100 depending on the final cost incurred.
